Ultimate Stealth Lockup

Playing with the 1.09 patch I just had my first problem. My game just locked up and slept my moniton so I can't even see the problem and its locked up good, will not even respond to the 3 finger salute.

Did you really mean patch 1.08? If so, that patch was pulled and replaced by 1.09.
