Cultural Value of Tiles

I have tried searching the formings but have been unable to find the answer to a question I have. Is there any way to find the exact cultural values of a tile in erms of points and not percent. There are often time tiles that are influenced by 3 or even 4 civs and when you look at the percent controlled, there is no way to know how much the differences are or how much they are changing each turn to know if you are gaining or losing ground on that tile. It is easy on tiles that are only influenced by 2 civs but not more. Any help is much appreciated.

Enable the debug mode: Alt-Shift-D

Then hold the left shift key and mouse-over the tiles you want information from.
