Question about the cheat code and the map editor

I've heard that the map editor won't work right unless you enable the cheat code. Exactly where is this and how do you enable it?

The cheat code is enabling by manually editin the .INI file. You must find "CheatCode = 0" and change it to "CheatCode = chipotle"
