Where is stored Hall of Fame?

Does anybody know where is stored Civilization 4 Hall of Fame? I'd like to move it from old to new computer.

I think the replay files themselves are read into the hall of fame. I base this on having accidentally resigned a game with a low score, and I didn't like having that low score on my hall of fame, so I deleted the replay file and voila.
