Playtpus, I am not saying you are incorrect, but you can build all three? I do not know if that is wasteful, but you can. For instance, I have been offered Hydro and Nuke, I built both because I was on the beginner level in order to learn, and I was kicking the AIs butt. So I had room for errors.
But sort of related to the guy above, are the effects cumulative, or is it that the three (coal/hydro/nuke) all do the same thing, just different health and/or river stuff?
