Was running a game the other night on a Small Planet at Thinker level, and my mod'd in Peace Keepers were pursueing the Romans up a small sliver of land bordered by Qin Shi Huang's Chinese Empire. After Qin Shi failed to pursuade me to change to a Police State setting (and I forget the exact Social Engineering setting he requested here) why the next thing I know my whole forward attack area is enveloped with Chinese units attacking along our common border! The end result was that the Chinese launched a Power Drive right back down my "Ho Chi Min Trail" that I had been using to push units north for my assault against the Romans!
So the lesson I learned here is that when Qin Shi gives you some of his "personal time", why you better listen......
