You expect perfection and can not prove there is perfection, and certainly exact uncertainty has been proved!
You however are a quantum theory reflection of non-existence, yet you do not blame the scientists who prove that quantum theory, nor anyone else, just the game maker, the caretaker, the saneness of the Annals of History!

I've read a lot of post in the help/technicall forum of Apoly and CivFanatics. Do you know who is the problem?
The problem are the user behind his computer who have messed his computer, not able to update his drivers, having any Intel(8XX) vid card, radeon 7500.

****, wake up people, you gave **** about a game who is working good on SEVERAL SYSTEM. Just clean your computer, update your drivers, stop messing in pono website(for some of you) and take a beer....
And if it's not working, stop complaining. Go on Firaxis website's, post you dxdiag, wait a months, and if the problem can be fixed, it will be fixed.

I know it's frustrating. Since he doesn't work on my radeon 7500. But hey, it's a ****ing 5 years old video card.... Wake up!
But, I succeed to make it working on my notebook. It's a kind of slow in the last period of the games. And I DO hope firaxis can optimise the games....
But it's a notebook, not a desktop with any power video card, and I only have 512meg ram.

I really think many people who have the games not working are too fast to blame Firaxis, and dont give a look to his own computer to see maybe the problem lie in hi own computer.

And RoboPig: What is you system specs? Vid cards, cpu, ram?
Maybe we can help you, if you post your specs and your probs.

Serious point here guys, while I wouldn't be in favour of a karma system (as most my posts on this board seem to be worthless replies for worthless threads), how about a rating system for each thread that is visible on the forum view? Maybe also have the rate thread button at the top of the page. If anyone thinks that will help I'll go post this in the proper place.

They do whine better and more, so if you mean people at CFC are more agreeable to/with you, then yeah..they are nicer.
It's also the reason I stopped going there, although I frequently (re)visited CFC before the release.

I think there is little thing called "reasonableness" in the court of law. Did Firaxis work to conspire or falsely represent their product OR isn't typical of any software rollout that there unexpected problems which get addressed in a patch.

Is a recommend system requirements a guarantee of working flawlessly? Not according to the courts.

Add to sum up, this isn't food, air, or water. You will survive if you never get this game working on your computer. I would agree with the other posters that if you start a thread with a flame, bring your flame retardant clothes. If you post some specific questions regarding your configuration, error messages, screen shots, etc. -- I'm sure the response would be much different.

i have never been to mcDonalds in ann arbor. but grills and real restruants have those prices
on top of that CFC is a much nicer place. i am no n00b there, but when i was people were far nicer, we are even when n00bs complain.
