If you don't like the game, fine. Take it back for a refund or something. Why would you hate a game though? It hasn't casued you to lose thousands of hours in your life, and it certainly didn't kill your parents.

As we've gone over time and again, lawsuits over such a thing will go nowhere. That "other" person at CFC is free to waste his time and money on retaining a lawyer, who no doubt will bill him considerable amounts of money to tell him that his suit would be a non-starter.
