Strategy Layer

Does anyone use this? I found it to be quite good at planning various things at first, but then I found that the stuff I put on there isn't saved with my game. I only ever use the quicksave feature and not actually save the game though. It's seems a bit pointless using it to plan things and then comming back later to find it all gone!

I just take screenshots and ctrl-shift-alt to my other machine and use PS.

Sure, it takes two machines but it helps and it's easy enough.
