Why is there no paratroopers?

Paratroopers should still exist, and they should be able to paradrop into an empty enemy city. Revive the Nuke n' drop tactics they should.I don't know what I've been told!

I miss paratroopers too, in MP games, they can be really fun to play with. In Single player games,(in civ3), it was hard see the a.i. used it, or used it well.

I made a choplifter mod. Works well, just one little bug at the moment (promotions aren't 100%)...
