Yes, apparently that is why no phi/ind leader exists. The wonder + great leader combo would be pretty potent I imagine. -

Out of game...hmmmm, maybe Japanese leader Hirohito (WW2)?
How about the Pharaoh Khufu, commonly known as Cheops? He had the Great Pyramid built...although he is more known for a wealthy and strictly run Egypt...so on second thought he would be either Ind/Financial or Ind/Organized.Last edited by lokiju; November 14, 2005, 14:56.Comment
