Spread multiple religion?

I like to experiment a lot in settler mode.

being easy, I discover al the religions except for Buddhism and Hinduism.

Because 75% of the world was converting to my Judiaism, I choose Judiaism as well. But should even spread my other founded religion?

I fear that other countries will convert to my other religion and hate me for not having it as a state religion. But will the temples boost my culture even more or will it be no affect before I already have a temple?

will having two different religion temples double your output?

I generally spread my state religion to as many civs as possible for the spying, extra commerce and hopefully conversion. Any other religions I have within my borders I try and spread to all my cities for extra happiness, science and culture.

Religion will spread just by the act of being founded. You can't control religion.
