Demands for X from the AI should:

The AI should NOT agree to ANY demands I make UNLESS it also comes with an implicit 10 turn peace treaty.

It's just such a pitiful exploit to demand all their gold and then DOW them 2 seconds later...

For now I just don't do it, but it takes away from the game- getting demands hsould be OK- the AI jsut needs to protect itself a little better.

It's also not fair when a thief walks up to someone, points a gun at them and says "give me all your money or you're dead", and when the guy gives him the money, the guy shoots him dead. But eh... scheisse happens.
