Does this system make the cut?

I just ordered a new barebones system and I'm wondering what upgrades I'll need to make in order to play Civ 4 (with some shred of dignity).

1.8 GHz Athlon 64 (1000 MHz FSB)
512 MB PC3200 DDR
Radeon X300 (128 MB, onboard video)

The mobo has a PCI Express x16 expansion slot and I was considering a Radeon X800 (256 MB) to replace the dated X300. Also, maybe double up on the memory?

That system seems fine. I would double the system memory over getting a better graphics card. Both, preferably though, for maximal smoothness.
