Combat Odds

Quick question - I hope.

When you hold the mouse over a unit to get the combat odds, there are some modifiers listed below. Are those modifiers already calculated into the combats that are listed at the top? Or are the combat odds listed just the base and the player must figure out the actual combat odds using the modifiers?

Odds show as already calculated. Sometimes an effect reduces the defender rather than enhances the attackers score even though the effect's description says otherwise (such as +20% vs. mounted units), which can look incorrect.
