Scrap a city is it possible?

I conquered an enemy city and instead of razing it I took it over, which I am now regretting.... looking through the city screen I see no option to disband the city, so am I just stuck with it?

I wish there was, but only with the in game world builder AFAIK. I am not even sure what that would do to the game in terms of playability.

Gift it to another civ if you really want to get rid of it?

gift it to your enemy, and the raze it to the ground.

gift it to a friend (they seem to like this, and will vote for you). if it comes back to you, you can raze it.
