I am so confused, this is crazy!!!

ok, I uninstalled the game...cause I was so pissed. Then I installed the omega rad_w2kxp_omega_2675a.exe drivers. Then I changed my page file to min:4096 max:4096. I then re-installed the game and was able play a custom scenerio with large Terra map and 4 AI till 5am ... without a CTD!!! I STOPPED THE GAME! I was getting my ass wupped but it didnt crash. The year was like 2020. I dont understand why it didnt CTD.

yup...no more CTD!!!

My system is as follows:

AMD 3200+
MSI K7N2 Delta-L
ATI 9800 SE 128 (Omega 5.10a driver)
Audigy 2 (same driver that ships with it)
Logitech marble (latest driver)
DirectX 9.0c
page file size (min:4096 max:4096)

I uninstalled the game, setup my system as stated above then reinstalled. No more CTD!!

Because you fixed you used Omega Drivers and fixed your Page File size! This game has a bad MEMORY LEAK!

I guess so. I just cant believe how jacked up this game is. Oh well. Thanks to everyone here for posting their findings. It helped
