I know it says in the manual you can only build two NW per city - but the game will ALLOW you to build more than this. Is this an error - or do the new ones not have their intended powers? Or is this only true if previous NW's expire?

I built Versailles but it's useless as I had already 2 NWs.. no movie and no effectI will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

Also remember,
Someone posted elsewhere (but I haven't confirmed this myself yet) that if you are playing a OCC (With the box checked during game creation) this limitation is removed. (Not that it helps that much as most of the NW are 'Must have 5 XXX_Buildings' to build.---- "What gunpowder did for war, Blake has done for the AI" - Diadem ----

One City Challenge
Edit: ok, to be a bit more ellaborate: you build only one city and try to win the game. While in previous versions of the game this was only an "unofficial" challenge among civ players, in civ4 you can actually choose to play an OCC game, whith slightely different rules than a normal game.Last edited by Tiberius; November 12, 2005, 11:06."The only way to avoid being miserable is not to have enough leisure to wonder whether you are happy or not. That being said, even if I don't like every aspect of it, I enjoy the game and I have fun playing it. It is as addictive as ever."The only way to avoid being miserable is not to have enough leisure to wonder whether you are happy or not. "
