  • Unsuccesful culture flip/revolt ?

A Mongol city near my borders revolted,
according to the event log, but the city
failed to become part of my civ.

Khan kept control of it. It wasn't completely
engulfed by my culture, but one tile right next
to it was mine. Yet Khan kept control after the
    revolt.

    KHAAAAAAN !!

Is this normal, common or wierd?

It should be noted that I only saw it in the event
log, since I was away for a minute from the screen.

It revolted. That's a warning. When the city revolts a second time, it flips (assuming it's allowed to do so by other circumstances). Generally, you can expect this city to flip to you pretty soon.

    Barbs cities definitely flip easier.

Thanks ! And I remember that being
      mentioned before ! My bad.

But with the absolute rockslide of info that's
available now, I'm bound to need some things
explained to me twice. Or thrice. And with
      visual aides. And a monkey.

Hey, my cities don't seem to grow when they
are producing settlers. that's a bug right ?

Kidding ! *ouch* KIDDING ! Stop hitting me with
      gardening tools.
