Naming geographic regions and drawing plans.

How does one go about naming geographic regions and drawing plans?

I can't figure it out at all.

You will first need to zoom out until you reach the Global view.

On the minimap, on the right end of the row of icons, is a selector for Line and (Label?) tools, and also to delete individual lines and labels.

Once you select to use the line tool, you can just draw on the map like it's paintbrush.

Ahhh, i was hoping it could be done at a more local level.

You can still see them at a local level. Not sure how helpful that is.

Side question: is there any way to erase all lines instead of clicking on each one?
