Is there any way to "select the next unit that needs instructions"? Two contexts apply:
1. The game has selected a unit that I want to move AFTER another unit.
2. The game (on load, for instance, after a save) hasn't selected a unit, but I still have units that can move.
On a related note, any way to get out of the "what do you want to build" and have it come back later, or indeed, any way to get out of it at all without picking something?
