game crashes on load screen

The game reaches check xml on the load screen and then crashes, in the event viewer I'm getting this error: The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. There are no other error messages when attempting to load, the game simply crashes back to the desktop and does not make it past the check xml

yeah. So heres how it goes. It goes to the loading screen And then it goes black like the game is going to start up. And then it crashes to desktop.
