Build Quere?

I have a keyboard layout that came with Presell edition

It shows "Q" as the quere..not SHIFT & Q

Just Q

could someone help or am I just too dense?

I cant get the quere to come up

I have noticed the queue is not very changeable. If you select to build something while the city is already progressing on something else, then they queue up. But as far as moving things around in the queue, I can't find the way to do that either.

I'm at a loss too. Any help on this subject would be awesome!

re: queues

Ctrl-click adds to the beginning.
Shift-Click adds things to the end of the queue
Alt-Click repeat builds

Don't know of a way to rearrange without removing & re-adding

so im in the city screen and press "Q"?

i cant even get a "quere" to appear yet..

then multiple selects?

ill have to try it again..couldnt get it to work last night
