I have a 2.8 GHZ with 512 ram, and the game runs slow when I hit enter.
Mind you I only played about 10 minutes of the game and then had to do real life stuff. Is this normal? I feel like I am on my PII 300 mhz computer playing CIV III again moving one unit, hit end of turn, wait a few moments and then rinse and repeat.
Is this the norm or just in the Turtiol? I don't have much money to upgrad the computer so besides turning all the options to min, will that increase the speed inbetween turns? I am having no problems playing the game moving units wise, just waiting between turns and the game slow loading up, almost 4-5 mins to just get to the main screen and bypassing movies.
I didn't think it would take that long to load up, or is it the software that Civ IV is run on?
My review of the game will be coming up after I have played a few turns. (if you guys would like it that is)
