I'm still not used to the new way specialists are implimented. I find that i'm getting outproduced in GP by a LOT by opponents, and it seems that specialists are the best way to generate a reliable stream.
However, i'm nto really sure when's the best situations (which cities and at which population) to create them...or which ones are better in which situations.
Any ideas?
