I can't figure out how to get some bombers on a carrier. I tried re-basing, but it doesn't do anything...

Thats why the carrier specifies that it only carries "3 fighters"

Incidentally, when you do a Rebasing mission, the flight area that pops up does not apply. You can rebase into any city in your empire.Comment
