Ok, maybe I'm just stupid and missing this in the manual, or maybe its obvious and I'm just slow, but...
What does the color that is behind a city's population number on the main screen represent? I've seen green and gray(white?) so far.
Seems like it should represent if the city is growing or not, and others seem to agree, but it just makes me wonder as I haven't been able to find an offical answer (aka in the manual).
