end turn key bind?

is there a way to bind the 'end key' (enter) to something else like a middle mouse-button or something to the left of the keyboard?

By default, the Space Bar also acts as the "end of turn" key. Or at least it has been so far in my games. I don't know how to remap it to something else, though. Maybe just knowing Space will do it will help...

Note: It takes a half-second or so to recognize it sometimes. Not sure why that is.
