Plan on trying this anyway, but...
Does settling a Great xxx in a city (the "super specialist"), serve like multiple specialists in ALL ways - specifically, does it increase the generation of Great People points?
I was thinking of a "fount of knowledge approach", basically, settling enough scientists (or engineers) into a specific city to turn the city into a Great Scientist (Engineer) factory of sorts.
