White circles in City Manager?

The tutorial stated that tiles being "worked" would be identified in the City Manager with white circles. I don't see any white circles anywhere.

I can tell the tiles are worked by the larger bread/hammer/gold icons, and by the teeny huts on the main screen, but it's really difficult to tell for me.

Any ideas? Do you see white circles?

I was going thru the tutorial last night and had the same experience. White circle sightings anyone?

I noticed that in the tutorial that there are no white circles, but if you play an actual game they do appear.

I saw the same thing (no circles in Tutorial, but circles in actual play), so I'd class this one as a "Minor, but Annoying" bug...

Thanks for this. I hadn't started a real game either because I was worried about maybe having graphics card driver problems. Now I guess I can start playing with a bit more confidence.
