            UB: Unique Building (game concept introduced in Warlords)

                Abbreviation for Frequently Asked Questions.
                PTBS
                Persistent Turn-Based Server. It is a full term referring to PiBoss.
                C4
                Abbreviation for Civilization 4.
                C4W
                Abbreviation for Civilization 4 Warlords.
                Vanilla
                A term used to indicate that the original version is used, unpatched and without mods, or sometimes with no expansions.
                Hot Seat
                A play method where two or more people share the same computer to play their turns.
                GameSpy
                A multiplayer network. Also a website offering video gaming news and reviews.
                DIP
                Direct IP. A way to play multiplayer using the IP address of the computer hosting the game to login and play.
                DiploGame
                Short for Diplomacy Games. Multiplayer games with an extensive use of diplomacy. Read the FAQ.
                Mod
                Abbreviation for Modification. Mods are used to expand or change the features of a game.
                Dagger
                A tactic/strategy used on an early, quick hit to eliminate or cripple an opponent.
                Choke
                A tactic/strategy used on pillaging improvements on someone's land and cutting down his communication network.
                Sledgehammer
                A tactic/strategy used on gathering a huge army and unleash it against an opponent usually in total surprise.
                Castle
                A tactic/strategy used on a less aggressive stance and focused on building rather than destroying with an eye on strong defenses.
                Rabbit
                A tactic/strategy used on amassing settlers and building as many cities and as fast as possible.

                  These two terms are used quite frequently now, so should be included in the list. A description beyond their names would also be appreciated.
