I have actually gotten past the call back in 24 Hour reply twice. Once like in the bad news post I was told I was SOL (This was early yesturday. I reached them again today and pressed the guy with the call back in 24 hours answer and was told that they do not have the "You are SOL even though you meat our min reqs, and they are working on the fix .
