Should that d3dx_29.dll file show in the list of DirectX files?

For giggles, since I have nothing else to do, I ran ol' "dxdiag" and checked the list of DirectX files, and although the d3dx9_26.dll file from the Civ4 install is copied into and sitting there in the Windows\System32, a file of that name is not showing up in the list generated by the DirectX diagnostic program. This is after multiple restarts and reinstalls of everything...is this file really one of the Microsoft.DirectX. files that aren't shown as a file name?
