I have an NVidia 6800 and it crashes about 5 minutes into game everytime... can anyone make any recomendations?

My (educated) guess would be your memory settings. Do you overclock?
Even if not, go to your BIOS and lower them (or set them to automatic).
Don't mean your FSB and all that but things as "latency settings" and such.Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?

no overclocking.. left on defualt timings on mobo.. i built my own system... ran mem test on memory and nothing.Comment

forget MOBO but think its an asus
425 watt power supply
52x cd rom drive
Runs World of Warcraft, Rome Total War, Final Fantasy XI, and many more games that i would think of as more graphical y demanding perfectly.Comment
