Is this game like Civ 3?

To answer your question, NO it is not.

It's very not like any of the first 3 Civs.

I'm having some fun, but they almost change everything except it is still turn base.
And no ICS in this game for sure. It took me about a hour to have 4 or 5 cities. Build time is very long in most cases. I found that you should build worker right away, so they can start to build roads, fields, etc. Then your cities will start to grow.
