Anyone with Radeon 9600 / 9600 Pro cards - Could anyone post your driver version (found in device manager->card properties) please?

Mine didn't despite installing the directx 9.0c on the cd and updating to latest ATI drivers and rebooting.

              Your help's much appreciated.

My x800xl runs it perfectly, full settings, antialiasing, and 1600x1200

Runs well, quickly and smoothly, on the Radeon 9250. This is a cheap 3rd party Radeon card, so I have some video artifacts. Like I said in the other thread I posted this. Not Firaxis' problem. Mine. Enough said. My computer upgrade will be done in a few weeks.

Runs perfect without AA and a bit choppy with 4xAA on my x800 PCI-Express.

Runs great on my nVidia 7800GT (XFX).
That it is wrong for a man to say he is certain of the objective truth of a proposition unless he can provide evidence which logically justifies that certainty. This is what agnosticism asserts and in my opinion, is all that is essential to agnosticism. ["Agnosticism and Christianity", 1889, Thomas Huxley]
