Nother day, nother question...
I know, I could just keep my trap shut and
wait a few days till I get the game, but I'm
desperate for any bit of info till C-day....
In CIV III, whenever a barbarian settlement
or unit appeared, the AI would send an
extermination squad after it, even if it meant
crossing a continent (and/or your borders!)*.
Will it still do that in CIV IV ? Costing me
combat experience and promotions if I'm
not fast enough to engage the barbs myself ?
Or will it stick to attacking Barbarians that are
actually a threat to it, I.E. close to its borders.
* I know the AI can't cross your borders without
declaring war till you get an open borders agreement,
but let's assume it can circumvent your terratory or
you have an open border agreement.
