Let's guess what words and phrases will become part of the Civ lexicon.
Great Person = GP![Wink](https://apolyton.net/core/images/smilies/wink.gif)
As in 'I lost three GPs when that transport sank
'.
Great Person Production = GPP
As in 'And then I got the Observatory... combined with the Colossus, it sent my GPP through the roof.'
No doubt there will be tricks/exploits to find... hopefully not too many of the latter.
GP-Hoarding: Keeping all your GPs until a suitable time to 'unleash' them: at the cusp of industrialisation, for example.
Trade-convert: If my understanding is correct, opening up to trade means also opening up to missionaries. Could it be exploited? Maybe.
As in 'I managed to trade-convert Babylon to Taoism. I negotiated an open-border deal, and then unleashed the twelve missionaries I had waiting next to the border.'
Promotion whoring: Taking warrior civics and conducting policies which will result in getting a lot of promoted units, and then selling them to the AI. Becomes promotion scamming if you deliberately sell promoted units which are useless - desert warriors to a grassland civ, for example. The AI won't know the difference.
Hmm... I suppose you could buy promoted units as well. A wealthy, advanced, civ goes out and purchases primitive promoted units from a backward civ, and then upgrades them into a fearsome fighting machine. Like the Ghurkas.
That would rock.
Mega City Syndrome = MGS: Having gone too far to combat ICS, the problem is now inverted...
Anyone else got any ideas?
