        Because killing people is bad, as is invading allied countries and instituting a reign of terror and cack-handedly starving people to death.


        On the other hand being the head of the civilization which went to war with China in order to sell it hard drugs, stood by while hundreds of thousands of Irish British citizens died for the sake of an economic theory and hardly saw a decade without war around the globe during one's reign (Victoria I) is of course perfectly fine.

          Killing people was not bad in... 94? As a finn, I'm well aware of Stalin's "accomplishments"... He nevertheless is an influential figure in the history of humanity.

          Though, I prefer CIV Catherine over Uncle-Joe.
          I've allways wanted to play "Russ Meyer's Civilization"
