Civ IV Scenarios

Does anybody know what scenarios (and any details on them if they are available) are going to be included in Civ IV? I think I have seen a screenshot with a WWII scenario (the part shown was in Europe - so it may be the European front or it could be world-wide) somewhere either on Civ Fanatics or on Apolyton, but I have not actually read anything about scenarios being in the game. Of course, I do realize the game is supposed to be highly modifiable, but I am nonetheless interested in the available out of the box scenarios in the game.

I've heard between both forums that possible scenarios are:

- American Revolution (not confirmed, but Trip [who's a Firaxian] has commented on it)
- WWII Mediterranean or Europe (screenshot in Markg's preview)
- Earth Map (confirmed by Rhye at CFC)

That's all though.
