That *is* actually on the Civ4 info pages, has been known for over 2 years now (as long as I have been maintaining those pages).

I could update those pages now but with the game coming out in just over a week there's not much of a point (it would probably be released before I can have it updated). All the major stuff is there anyway, it's only fairly minor things that are missing. But there's a very good reason why those pages weren't maintained too well towards the end, one that you will find out about soon enough
