My guess is that Markos' screen is MP setup, while the one you have is for SP setup.

there is is such thing, it's part of the classic step-by-step process of starting a SP game.

the screen i posted is the "advanced options" version of it...

Maybe one means you have to always be at war with somebody while the other means you have to always be at war with everybody?

I can't wait to play an Always Peace game with only the Conquest victory mode enabled.

But make sure to play with aggressive AI activated

The AI might get so frustrated that it will deliberately crash your computer.

I will be very afraid if Soren has made an AI that can do that.

                        Culture flipping???

                        "permanent Peace or War"

Funny how this sparks so many interpretations. When I first saw it, I read it as when you meet an AI for the first time you'll get a choice to either go always peace or always war.

                            OCC mode

                            I presume "5.0" means beta version 5.0

But there's up and down arrows next to the number. Does that mean the users can manually choose which beta to play, by changing it to like 4.7 instead?
