My guess is that Markos' screen is MP setup, while the one you have is for SP setup.

is multiplayer unrestriced in choosing AI's,say im playing on LAN can i have as many AI's as i want? civ3 seems to be limited to 8 no matter how huge the map in MPif you want to stop terrorism; stop participating in it

Funny how this sparks so many interpretations. When I first saw it, I read it as when you meet an AI for the first time you'll get a choice to either go always peace or always war.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
