This could just be one of those 'turbo' games they've been talking about - smaller map, short game time. Perhaps that explains the low rez (a least I sure hope so).

Maybe it's an unfinished slider where you can set the speed on how fast the replay should run... Considering how it is (like in the background), and that I can't find any sliders, I doubt it is though

I used to print them out and study them. Didn't have have much of a life then.
