IIRC, you can chose only Civic you have pre-requisite for, and you can't change more than two civics on the same turn.Originally posted by conmcb25

Well, I can't remember where I read that info, but I don't smoke, don't use drugs nor drink, so if they are wrong it must be something I dreamed because of sleep deprivation, induced by 'poly forum.
