Only two national wonders to a city! Sorry if this is old news... it's new to me. Does the same hold true of great wonders??

So Engineering gives +1 road movement. Only x2 movement before then?

Only two national wonders per city are allowed, for one.

I think not. 3x movement pre Engineering, x4 afterwards. I've been suspecting such for a few days now by viewing the screens and vids.

Don't think so...at least one screenshot shows a city with oodles of great wonders in it.
