          Yes, it would have been nice of Firaxis to finish the screenart before issuing this screenshot. On a positive note though, at least we have more information than was available in civ3.

                That's highly unlikely. Nearly anyone who's completed a commercial game, under contract, will tell you that the last 3 months of the project produce nearly all of the final artwork and balancing that you see in the final product. Before that, it's generally just about adding features and getting the program to run without crashes.
