Also, having Scotland Yard as a spy unlocker is just odd.

I don't agree that Scotland Yard is a bad choice for spies, but I do think the names should accually be Generic rather than specific. Like Oxford should be like "National University" or "Major University".
The others, well, this is an intellegent community, I think you can follow where I'm going with this.

Well, here is hoping that you can go in and name these Small Wonders (and the Great Ones for that matter) as you build them. If not, then you can rest assured that one of my first tasks will be to call Scotland Yard the Intelligence Agency, Oxford University will be the National University and Wall Street will be named the National Stock Exchange. Very, very easy to do-I believe.
Yours,

Did anyone notice in one of the videos that if you defeat a barbarian camp you can set up a governor and get a new city?'There is a greater darkness than the one we fight. It is the darkness of the soul that has lost its way. The war we fight is not against powers and principalities, it is against chaos and despair. Greater than the death of flesh is the death of hope, the death of dreams. Against this peril we can never surrender. The future is all around us, waiting, in moments of transition, to be born in moments of revelation. No one knows the shape of that future or where it will take us. We know only that it is always born in pain.'"

I hope that the barbs can establish their own civ if they control enough cities for a certain amount of time.Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.-Isaiah 41:10
