Hey what are those white dots you see atop Unit's flags? Do they represent the number of units in that stack or that unit's number of promotions or something?

I believe I had originally registered in anticipation of MoO3 a couple of years ago. The crushing disappointment that followed its release broke my spirit and I lost all interest in these sites for a while
I'm allowing myself to get excited about Civ IV again. I suspect its a safer bet.________________
