                  Why do you overseas folk need the pre-order goodies so bad?

                  The tech tree will be available in pdf, either on the CD or readily available here soon after release. Then print it on your inkjet or laser.

                  The music files you will be able to burn to your own CD and transfer to your ipod.

                  The manual probably will be thin in the first place, about 1.2 cm (1/2 inch) thick. If it's twice as thick or more I'll be staggered!!

                  DISCLAIMER: I live in the U.S.; I have pre-ordered ... I still have to buy a new computer to play the blasted thing!
