Well, new interface is one thing, they can theoretically show reviewers a build with the old interface, but I really doubt this guy was shown something .

Whether it lives up to the hype depends on how well Firaxis is able to implement the new content and how gamers react to the new features, especially the new interface

This also deserves a Pulitzer Prize! I mean, Civ4 is revolutionary - implementation of game concepts and gamer reaction are actually important .
